RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, manuals, tags, and materials. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact Gashead RC using the contact information provided on our website. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, or unless otherwise required by applicable law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

RC VEHICLES, PARTS, ELECTRONICS AND BATTERIES

RC vehicles, electronics, batteries, motors, ESCs, servos, chargers, parts, and accessories must be returned unused and uninstalled, with their original packaging and included materials.

Products that have been assembled, installed, soldered, programmed, modified, driven, operated, charged, discharged, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return unless the product was defective upon arrival or applicable law provides otherwise.

Manufacturer warranty coverage may apply to certain products. When appropriate, we may direct you to the manufacturer for warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty procedures.

DIECAST, COLLECTIBLES AND LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS

Diecast models, collectibles, limited-edition items, and other collectible products must be returned unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

Packaging is considered part of the collectible product. Items with opened packaging, removed seals, significant packaging damage occurring after delivery, missing components, or signs of handling or use may not be eligible for return.

Minor factory imperfections, variations in paint, packaging, decals, or assembly that are typical of mass-produced collectible products may not necessarily constitute a defect.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.

Please retain the product and all packaging until your claim has been resolved.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be returned, including gift cards, products identified as final sale, custom or special-order products, and products that have been used, installed, modified, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale, except where required by applicable law.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and certain batteries may also be subject to shipping restrictions. Please contact us before attempting to return any such item.

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items specifically identified as final sale are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law. Other discounted or sale merchandise remains subject to the eligibility requirements of this policy unless otherwise stated on the product page.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to availability.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the provisions above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union and applicable law grants you a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, those statutory rights will apply.

Returned merchandise must meet applicable legal requirements and, where permitted by law, should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and included materials.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

Shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
