SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, major product releases, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information using the email address or contact information provided at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING — UNITED STATES
Gashead RC ships orders throughout the United States using established shipping carriers.
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout whenever applicable.
Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the selected shipping service specifically provides a guaranteed delivery commitment.
HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
Certain high-value orders may require additional verification, signature confirmation, or other delivery safeguards.
Gashead RC reserves the right to add signature confirmation or additional shipping protection when reasonably necessary to protect the customer and the shipment.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once the shipping label has been created.
Tracking activity may take additional time to appear after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s transportation network and operating conditions.
If tracking indicates an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, please contact Gashead RC so we can assist with the carrier investigation when applicable.
If an order arrives with visible shipping damage, photograph the shipping carton, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged merchandise before discarding any packaging.
Contact us promptly with those photographs and your order information so the issue can be reviewed.
BATTERIES AND RESTRICTED ITEMS
Lithium polymer (LiPo), lithium-ion, and other regulated batteries may be subject to special carrier requirements, shipping methods, geographic restrictions, or additional transit time.
Certain battery products may not qualify for air transportation or international shipping.
Available shipping options will depend on the products in the order and destination.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders in Southern California.
When local pickup is available, instructions and pickup information will be provided with the order.
Customers should wait for confirmation that the order is ready before arriving for pickup.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Gashead RC may offer international shipping to select destinations.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs authorities, and transportation conditions.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.
Gashead RC is not responsible for customs processing delays or charges imposed by foreign governments, customs authorities, or shipping carriers.
Some products, including batteries and other regulated items, may not be eligible for international shipment.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
An order marked as delivered by the shipping carrier is considered delivered to the shipping address provided with the order.
Customers should make appropriate arrangements to receive and secure packages after delivery, particularly for high-value merchandise.
