CD0101 – CEN F-450 SD 78MM SHOCK SET – PAIR – DL-SERIES
The CEN Racing CD0101 is the factory 78mm shock set for compatible F-450 SD DL-Series applications. CEN sells CD0101 as a matched pair of dampers for the F-450 SD suspension system.
CONFIRMED PRODUCT DETAILS
- Manufacturer: CEN Racing
- Part number / SKU: CD0101
- Product type: Shock / damper set
- Length designation: 78mm
- Quantity: Pair
- Platform: CEN F-450 SD DL-Series
FUNCTION
Shock absorbers control suspension movement by damping compression and rebound as the axle moves over terrain. Correct shock condition and installation help maintain predictable suspension travel, chassis control and tire contact.
COMPATIBILITY
CEN lists CD0101 specifically as the F-450 SD 78mm DL-Series shock set. Match the CD0101 part number and suspension position to the vehicle parts diagram before ordering, especially if the truck has been lifted, lowered or converted to non-stock links or shock mounts.
INSTALLATION NOTES
- Inspect the shock mounting points and suspension links before installation.
- Install both dampers in the pair with matching orientation.
- Check that the shock body and spring clear nearby links, tires and chassis components through full suspension travel.
- Verify smooth movement without binding before tightening all hardware.
- After installation, inspect for leakage and recheck mounting hardware after initial driving.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
1 pair of CEN Racing CD0101 78mm shocks. CEN's public listing does not provide a complete hardware breakdown, so additional screws, spacers, shock oil or alternative springs are not assumed unless supplied in the manufacturer package.
MANUFACTURER DATA NOT PUBLISHED
CEN's current CD0101 listing does not publish shock-body diameter, shaft diameter, spring rate, oil viscosity, piston specification, compressed length, extended eye-to-eye length, thread dimensions or damping-force data. Those values are intentionally not estimated or invented.
