The Diecast Masters Caterpillar 320 1/16 RC Excavator — DCM28005 is an officially licensed Cat® radio-controlled construction model engineered to deliver realistic digging, carrying, grappling and hammering operation. It combines authentic Caterpillar styling with independently controlled boom, stick and bucket movement, precision track control, 360-degree upper-structure rotation, realistic sound and three working tool configurations.

OFFICIALLY LICENSED CATERPILLAR SCALE DETAIL

The DCM28005 uses genuine Caterpillar® Yellow paint and updated Modern Hex trade dress based on real Cat machine reference material. The graphics, nomenclature and overall proportions are designed to reproduce the appearance of the full-size Cat 320 while keeping the model fully functional as an RC excavator rather than a static display piece.

REALISTIC BOOM, STICK & BUCKET CONTROL

Independent boom, stick and bucket functions allow the excavator to perform realistic digging and dumping sequences. The upper structure rotates a full 360 degrees, making it possible to dig, swing, carry and dump from different positions just like a full-size tracked excavator.

THREE WORKING TOOL CONFIGURATIONS

The standard digging bucket can be replaced with the included working grapple attachment or hammer attachment. That gives the model significantly more operating variety than a bucket-only excavator and makes it suitable for digging, material handling and demolition-style play.

Inside, Diecast Masters uses a precision-machined metal gear set together with a machined roll-screw style, ball-bearing-supported transmission and drive system. The model combines heavy-duty plastic and metal components, with substantial metal construction in the working hardware for strength and durability.

REALISTIC SOUND SYSTEM

An integrated sound package adds engine sound plus track, swing, boom, stick and bucket movement effects. The audio works with the mechanical functions to give the Cat 320 a more convincing operating presence indoors or outdoors.

INCLUDED 7.4V 2000MAH BATTERY & USB CHARGER

The excavator includes a 7.4V 2000mAh 2S rechargeable battery pack with XT30 connector and a USB charger. Manufacturer and retailer documentation lists approximately 45–60 minutes of operation per charge depending on use, with roughly a three-hour recharge time.

This product already includes its drive battery and charger, so no separate GASHEAD RC battery-package option is required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO RUN

3 AA batteries for the transmitter. Everything required to power and charge the excavator itself is included.

GASHEAD RC OPERATING NOTES

• This model is not water resistant. Avoid wet soil, standing water and washing the machine with a hose.
• Use loose, workable material rather than compacted soil or oversized rocks that can overload the boom, bucket or drive system.
• Keep tracks, gears and attachment pivots clear of packed debris after operating sessions.
• Allow the drive and working motors to cool after extended heavy-load use.
• Charge the included battery on a suitable nonflammable surface and do not leave it unattended while charging.
