The Kyosho KC10 Toyota Land Cruiser 60 1/10 4WD Readyset combines an officially licensed, factory-finished Toyota body with a steel-frame crawler platform engineered for technical trail driving and low-speed control. Choose between two distinct Land Cruiser 60 body styles, then select either Truck Only or the GASHEAD RC w/our battery pkg.

Body Type 1 — 34801T1: Beige vintage-style body with the early round-headlight front end.

Body Type 2 — 34801T2: Later square-headlight Land Cruiser 60 appearance.

w/our battery pkg: Includes a 2S 5200mAh LiPo battery + B3 20W LiPo balance charger. Both versions still require four AA batteries for the transmitter.

TWO OFFICIALLY LICENSED LAND CRUISER 60 BODY STYLES

The KC10 is available with two factory-finished Toyota Land Cruiser 60 bodies. Body Type 1 delivers the earlier round-headlight look in a beige vintage-style finish, while Body Type 2 uses the later square-headlight front treatment. Both preserve the tall wagon proportions and expedition character that made the 60 Series instantly recognizable.

Molded exterior details include items such as the roof rack, rear ladder, mirrors, wipers and snorkel-style intake detail. A clipless body mounting system eliminates exposed body pins: the rear of the body pivots while a front latch provides access to the chassis.

KC10 PRESSED-STEEL LADDER FRAME

The KC10 is built around a high-rigidity press-formed steel ladder frame. The structure gives the truck the mechanical layout expected from a serious scale crawler while keeping drivetrain and suspension mounting points stable under articulation.

The gearbox is positioned for a low center of gravity, and the chassis provides multiple battery-positioning possibilities to help tune weight distribution. This platform is focused on trail control and crawling torque rather than outright speed.

SHAFT-DRIVEN 4WD WITH LOCKED SOLID AXLES

Power is sent through a shaft-driven 4WD system to front and rear solid axles. The KC10 uses locked spool differentials, keeping both wheels on each axle mechanically engaged for consistent traction over rocks, ledges and loose terrain.

Metal drivetrain components and precision axle gearing are supported by full ball bearings to reduce friction and improve durability under crawler loads.

3-LINK FRONT / 4-LINK REAR SUSPENSION

The front axle uses a 3-link arrangement with lateral rod, while the rear uses a 4-link system. The layout provides long-travel articulation while controlling axle movement more precisely than a basic trail chassis.

Large-capacity oil-filled shocks use threaded spring-preload adjustment, and Kyosho includes alternate shock-piston setup parts for additional tuning.

G32L 550-SIZE 32T BRUSHED CRAWLER MOTOR

A Kyosho G32L 550-size 32-turn brushed motor supplies low-speed torque through the factory 49.1:1 low gearing. The Readyset electronics include the brushed ESC, receiver, steering servo and Syncro radio system.

The receiver is housed in a dust- and water-resistant enclosure. Trail use still requires normal cleaning and drying after mud, water or fine dust exposure.

15KG METAL-GEAR STEERING SERVO

The KC10 includes a 15kg high-torque metal-gear steering servo with 25T output spline and an aluminum servo horn, providing the steering authority needed for the large 1.9-inch crawler tires.

DIG-READY AND 2-SPEED-READY TRANSMISSION

The KC10 gearbox contains the internal architecture required for Kyosho’s optional CLW001 2-Speed Kit and CLW002 DIG Kit. In stock form the transmission is locked in first gear and DIG is disabled.

CLW001 enables selectable high gear through the transmitter’s third channel. CLW002 enables DIG, locking the rear wheels while continuing to drive the front axle for very tight turns. The included KT-231P+ can operate one of these functions; operating both simultaneously requires a separate 4-channel radio system.

1.9-INCH BEADLOCK-STYLE WHEELS & SOFT ALL-TERRAIN TIRES

The KC10 rides on 1.9-inch three-piece beadlock-style wheels with 12mm hexes and soft-compound all-terrain tires measuring approximately 110 x 37mm. Internal foam supports the tire carcass while allowing useful deformation over uneven terrain.

Inner fenders help close the visual gap between body and chassis while reducing trail debris reaching the electronics and suspension area.

LED-READY SCALE LIGHTING

The Land Cruiser bodies include light buckets designed for optional Kyosho lighting components. Compatible LED equipment is sold separately.

• Use a properly balanced 2S LiPo or compatible 7.2V NiMH battery only.
• Confirm steering trim and endpoints before placing the truck on high-traction rocks.
• Inspect wheel hardware, suspension links and driveshafts after demanding crawler sessions.
• Clean and dry the chassis after water, mud or fine dust exposure.
• Optional CLW001 2-Speed, CLW002 DIG and LED components are sold separately.
• Charge LiPo batteries on a suitable fire-resistant surface and never leave a charging LiPo unattended.
