This compact rear spare-tire mount is a CNC-machined billet-aluminum accessory designed for RC4WD 1982 Toyota Pickup and Mojave II body applications. The black anodized finish keeps the look clean and understated while giving the spare tire a rigid mounting point at the rear of the body.

Fitment

RC4WD shows this mount installed on Trail Finder 2 builds using the Mojave II body. It can also be used on bodies with a drop bed, although RC4WD notes that some modification may be required depending on the body and bed configuration.

GASHEAD RC Installation Note

Test-fit the tire, bed and rear window area before drilling or tightening the mount permanently. Spare-tire diameter, wheel offset and bed depth can all affect clearance. Because the mount itself weighs only 12.4 g, most of the added rear weight will come from the spare wheel and tire rather than the bracket.
