This complete 1/14-scale FMX cab set is a major replacement and customization component for the RC4WD 8x8 Armageddon Hydraulic Dump Truck. It combines a molded hard-plastic cab shell with CNC-machined aluminum and stamped-steel components to recreate the complete driving cab assembly rather than a simple exterior shell.

Assembly Requirements

This is not a drop-on preassembled replacement cab. RC4WD estimates approximately 2–3 hours of building time. The kit uses a large assortment of self-tapping screws, socket-head hardware and nuts, so careful assembly and proper tools are important.

GASHEAD RC Assembly Note

Use quality hex drivers and avoid over-tightening self-tapping screws into plastic. Start screws straight, tighten only until seated and test-fit major panels before committing with adhesive. For a replacement after crash or shipping damage, transfer electronics and lighting methodically and photograph the original cab before disassembly to simplify reassembly.
