The RC4WD Tightfit Truck Topper (Z-B0047) is a multi-piece hard-body canopy designed to add a realistic enclosed-bed look to compatible Mojave and Tamiya Hilux pickup bodies. It gives the truck a period-correct camper-shell appearance while also visually enclosing the cargo area for a more complete scale build.

INJECTION-MOLDED SCALE CONSTRUCTION

Unlike a thin vac-formed cover, the Tightfit Topper uses injection-molded plastic and multiple separate components to create more realistic body lines and panel depth. It is supplied ready for paint, allowing it to be matched to the truck body or finished in a contrasting camper-shell color.

FIT AND SCALE APPEARANCE

COMPATIBILITY

ASSEMBLY & FINISHING

Assembly is required. A Phillips driver is needed, and paint is not included. For the cleanest result, test-fit all topper sections on the body before painting, confirm screw alignment, and finish the pieces only after the fit is correct. Use paint intended for hard plastic body components rather than polycarbonate-only paint unless the paint manufacturer specifically states compatibility.
