The correct interface between selected RC4WD 1.9" beadlock wheels and Pro-Line tire beads. The RC4WD Z-S0846 internal rings replace the wheel's standard inner rings when a compatible Pro-Line tire needs a different bead-capture profile. Machined from billet aluminum and blue anodized for easy identification, this four-ring set equips one complete four-wheel vehicle.
WHAT THIS PART SOLVES
Not every 1.9" tire bead has the same thickness or shape. When a tire bead and internal ring do not match, the wheel can be difficult to close, the bead may sit unevenly, or clamping force may be inconsistent. Z-S0846 provides RC4WD's dedicated ring geometry for Pro-Line tires on the verified RC4WD wheels listed below.

INSTALLATION METHOD
- Disassemble the compatible RC4WD wheel and remove its standard internal ring.
- Place the Z-S0846 ring inside the Pro-Line tire, keeping the foam centered and untwisted.
- Align the wheel halves and start all hardware by hand.
- Tighten gradually in a cross pattern, using several light passes.
- Inspect both beads around the full 360 degrees. The bead should be evenly captured with no pinched or raised section.

RC4WD shows these rings installed with Fuel Offroad Trophy 1.9" wheels and Pro-Line Flat Iron XL tires. Those wheels and tires are shown only as a fitment example and are sold separately.

IMPORTANT FITMENT WARNING
This is a fitment-specific internal component, not a universal 1.9" ring. Confirm that your exact RC4WD wheel SKU appears in the verified list and that your selected Pro-Line tire bead seats evenly before final tightening. Never force the wheel halves together with hardware; resistance usually indicates a displaced foam, pinched bead, or incompatible combination.
GASHEAD RC BUILD NOTE
For the cleanest assembly, identify the wheel by SKU—not by appearance—then dry-fit one wheel before building the remaining three. If you are pairing these rings with Z-W0075 Landies wheels, use one Z-S0846 set per four-wheel vehicle.
