CEN RACING CD0106 110MM SHOCK SET – DL-SERIES
The CEN Racing CD0106 is a 110mm shock set sold as a pair for DL-Series applications. Compared with the shorter 90mm setup, this longer shock package is aimed at builds that need additional shock length and a taller suspension configuration while retaining genuine CEN Racing components.
The component layout shows the complete shock assemblies with threaded bodies, coil springs, shafts, rod ends, seals, retainers, and mounting-related hardware. That makes CD0106 useful both as a replacement set and as a suspension option for modified DL-Series trucks where a longer shock package is required.

110MM DL-SERIES SHOCK PACKAGE
- Manufacturer: CEN Racing
- Part Number: CD0106
- Series: DL-Series
- Shock Length: 110mm
- Quantity: 2 shocks / one pair
- Configuration: Coil-over style shock assemblies with threaded bodies
WHAT THE EXTRA LENGTH CHANGES
Moving to a 110mm shock changes the suspension’s available extension and the relationship between the axle, links, chassis, and shock mounts. On modified or lifted builds, the additional length can help the shock operate through a greater range without being overextended at ride height. That said, shock length should always be matched to the truck’s actual suspension geometry rather than chosen on appearance alone.
WHEN THIS SET MAKES SENSE
- Replacing an existing 110mm DL-Series shock pair
- Servicing a custom or lifted build already configured around 110mm shocks
- Refreshing suspension components during a chassis rebuild
- Keeping left/right shock behavior consistent by replacing the pair together
SETUP AND INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
Before installing longer shocks, check full compression and full droop. Confirm that driveshafts, steering links, panhard bar, brake-line-style accessories, bodywork, and tires do not bind or contact other components through the complete suspension cycle. Longer shocks can improve available travel on the right chassis setup, but they can also expose geometry problems if the rest of the suspension has not been configured for the added length.
GASHEAD RC NOTE: A 110mm shock is not automatically an “upgrade” just because it is longer. Use it when your DL-Series geometry actually calls for the extra length. When the setup is right, it gives a lifted or custom truck the travel and stance it was built around instead of forcing a short shock to work outside its intended range.
