FMS FCX10 CHEVROLET K5 BLAZER RS 1/10 4WD CRAWLER RTR

The officially licensed FMS FCX10 Chevrolet K5 Blazer RS combines classic American truck design with one of FMS’s most function-rich 1/10 crawler platforms. Beneath the scale Chevrolet body is a metal-rail FCX10 chassis equipped with portal axles, a two-speed transmission, remotely locking front and rear differentials and configurable DIG/drive-mode functions for technical trail work.

FCX10 DRIVETRAIN CAPABILITY

• Two-speed transmission: use low range for controlled crawling torque and high range for faster trail sections
• Portal axles with metal gears: improve ground clearance at the axle housings while maintaining a stable chassis position
• Independently controlled front and rear differential locks: select open differentials for easier steering or lock them for maximum traction
• Rear DIG function: disengages and locks the rear axle while retaining front-wheel power to tighten the turning radius on technical obstacles
• Configurable three-position drive selector: the internal driveline can be manually configured for DIG/4WD/FWD or FWD/4WD/RWD operation
• The alternate drive-mode arrangement requires manual internal setup; it is not an automatic electronic conversion

GASHEAD RC SETUP NOTES

• Confirm the manually selected drive-mode layout before using the transmitter’s three-position selector
• Use DIG only at low speed on technical terrain; avoid applying heavy throttle with the rear axle locked
• Unlock the differentials for normal trail steering and lock them only when additional traction is needed
• After mud or water exposure, clean and dry the portal housings, links and driveline before storage
