CLASSIC 6-LUG WAGON STYLE WITH TWO DISTINCT FACTORY CONFIGURATIONS
RC4WD’s 6 Lug Wagon 1.9 wheels combine traditional stamped-steel styling with a removable center hub and an internal beadlock system. They are designed for scale trucks and trailers that need genuine metal construction and a period-correct wagon-wheel face instead of a modern machined-wheel appearance.
This listing contains two separate variants. Select Chrome or White before adding to cart. Each selection includes four wheels in the chosen finish; the two colors are not supplied together.
| Variant | RC4WD SKU | Price configuration | Quantity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chrome | Z-W0002 | Chrome-specific variant | 4 wheels |
| White | Z-W0128 | White-specific variant | 4 wheels |

SHARED CONSTRUCTION
- Traditional 6-lug wagon-wheel design
- Stamped-steel wheel construction
- Removable center hub
- Internal beadlock system
- Wheel size: 1.9 in
- Wheel width: 25 mm
- Designed for 1.9-inch tires
- Weight: 71 g / 2.5 oz per wheel
- Engineered by RC4WD Team UK
A complete four-wheel set weighs approximately 284 g before tires, foams and alternate hubs. That low-mounted steel mass can benefit crawler stability, but it also adds rotating and unsprung weight. Check motor temperature, gearing, braking response and suspension behavior after installation.
CHROME VARIANT — Z-W0002
The Chrome version delivers the brighter, traditional show-truck appearance. RC4WD publishes a much shallower negative offset for this SKU than for the White variant, so the two finishes must not be treated as geometrically identical.
| Width | 25 mm / 0.98 in |
|---|---|
| Negative offset | 2.55 mm / 0.10 in |
| Published outside diameter | RC4WD currently lists “2.09 in / 48.26 mm”; these two values do not convert to the same dimension |
| Weight | 71 g / 2.5 oz each |
Measurement warning: 48.26 mm is approximately 1.90 inches, not 2.09 inches. Because the manufacturer’s Chrome page contains this internal unit conflict, buyers with tight body or suspension clearance should measure the physical wheel rather than relying on the conflicting inch figure.

WHITE VARIANT — Z-W0128
The White version uses the same traditional 6-lug face and 25 mm width but carries a published 9 mm negative offset. RC4WD explicitly lists this variant as a pin-mount wheel and confirms fitment for the Gmade Sawback.
| Width | 25 mm / 1.0 in |
|---|---|
| Negative offset | 9 mm / 0.37 in |
| Outside diameter | 48.26 mm / 1.9 in |
| Supplied mounting type | Pin mount, as specified by RC4WD |
| Weight | 71 g / 2.5 oz each |
| Certification | Recon G6 Certified |
Verified manufacturer example: RC4WD shows the White Z-W0128 mounted with Gladiator Scale 1.9 tires. Tires are not included.

OFFSET DIFFERENCE: DO NOT CHOOSE BY COLOR ALONE
RC4WD publishes 2.55 mm negative offset for Chrome and 9 mm negative offset for White. That 6.45 mm difference is large enough to materially change where the wheel sits relative to the body and suspension. Final track width also depends on the hub, axle and hex arrangement.
Engineering interpretation: when comparing the published values directly, the White version’s mounting geometry places the wheel differently from the Chrome version. Verify both inner clearance and tire-to-fender position on the actual chassis.
OPTIONAL HUBS AND MOUNTING COMPONENTS
RC4WD lists a 12 mm hex conversion path for this wheel family. The following optional wheel-hex components are identified on the manufacturer pages:
- Z-S0268 — billet wheel hub / 6-lug hex upgrade for OEM stamped 1.9 wheels
- Z-S0530 — optional 6-lug wheel hex
- Z-S0774 — optional 6-lug wheel hex
- Z-S0779 — optional 6-lug wheel hex
- Z-S0780 — optional 6-lug wheel hex
- Z-S0239 — RC4WD 12 mm axle wheel hexes, required by RC4WD when using the optional wheel-hex system
- Z-S1913 — Narrow Stamped Steel Wheel Pin Mount, 6-lug
Changing hubs or mounting systems can alter offset and thread engagement. Confirm the axle interface, body clearance, steering-knuckle clearance and retaining hardware before driving.
INTERNAL BEADLOCK RING NOTE
The White product page lists Z-S0846 as the optional 1.9 Pro-Line tire-compatible internal beadlock ring. The current Chrome page displays “Z-S9846,” which conflicts with the White listing and RC4WD’s established Z-S0846 part number. Confirm the required ring for the Chrome variant before ordering rather than relying on the apparent catalog typo.
TIRE COMPATIBILITY
These wheels are designed for 1.9-inch tires. RC4WD guarantees its own tire-and-wheel combinations, but does not guarantee every mixed-brand setup because tire beads vary in thickness and shape.
- Verified White example: Gladiator Scale 1.9 tires.
- For third-party tires, test bead seating before fully tightening the wheel.
- If using Pro-Line tires, verify the correct optional internal ring first.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- 4 × RC4WD 6 Lug Wagon 1.9 Steel Stamped Beadlock Wheels in the selected finish
- 2 × M2.5 × 14 mm black socket-head cap screws
Not included: tires, foams, vehicle, axles, optional hubs, 12 mm axle hexes, alternate beadlock rings and tools.
REPLACEMENT HARDWARE
- Z-S0829 — M2.5 × 8 mm black socket-head cap screws; RC4WD specifies 24 wheel fasteners
- Z-S0303 — black M2.5 nuts; RC4WD specifies 24 wheel nuts
- Z-S0476 — replacement hardware kit for OEM Steel 1.9 and Wagon wheels, listed on the White page
INSTALLATION CHECKLIST
- Confirm the selected variant, especially the published offset difference between Chrome and White.
- Confirm that the supplied pin-mount or selected optional hex system matches the axle.
- Seat the tire beads evenly around the internal beadlock ring.
- Start all wheel fasteners by hand and tighten gradually in an alternating pattern.
- Inspect the complete bead circumference on both sides; no section should be pinched or pulled out.
- Verify axle-thread engagement and rotate the wheel through full steering and suspension travel.
- Check tire-to-body, wheel-to-knuckle, link and shock clearance before powering the vehicle.
- Recheck the small fasteners after the first drive and during routine maintenance.
RC4WD does not publish a tightening torque on these pages. Use the correct tool and do not overtighten the M2.5 hardware.
GASHEAD RC FITMENT NOTE
These two variants look similar, but their published offsets are not the same. Choose by SKU and measured fitment—not just finish. If the build has limited clearance, resolve the Chrome diameter-unit conflict and verify the selected hub system before final assembly.
Specifications, compatible parts and included hardware are based on the official RC4WD information for Z-W0002 and Z-W0128. Manufacturer images may show tires or installation components that are not included.
