Convert compatible RC4WD 1.9-inch 5-lug Wagon stamped-steel wheels to a hex-mount arrangement while preserving their scale 5-lug face. Z-S0734 is the straightforward hub-only option: four CNC-machined hubs, without simulated brake rotors.

WHAT THIS PART DOES

A stamped-steel wheel and a vehicle axle do not automatically share the same mounting interface. This hub provides the connection required by the compatible RC4WD wheel designs listed below. It is sold as a four-piece set so one package services a conventional four-wheel crawler or trail truck.

STANDARD HUB OR BRAKE-ROTOR HUB?

Choose Z-S0734 when the build needs the basic hex conversion and the hub will be hidden or a clean, uncomplicated installation is preferred. Choose Z-S0532 when visible brake-rotor detail is part of the scale objective and the included scale bolts and miniature tool are wanted.

This compatibility list is intentionally specific. “1.9-inch” identifies wheel class, not a universal bolt pattern or hub interface. Do not assume that every 1.9-inch wheel—or every wheel with five decorative lugs—accepts Z-S0734.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

1. Verify the exact wheel SKU and confirm that it uses the RC4WD 5-lug Wagon stamped-wheel system.
2. Inspect the axle hex, axle pin, wheel hardware and center clearance.
3. Dry-fit one wheel before assembling all four.
4. Confirm that the wheel seats fully against the hub without interference.
5. Check steering knuckle, link, portal or brake-detail clearance at full steering lock.
6. After the first trail run, recheck the wheel fasteners and axle nuts.

INSTALLATION PRACTICE

Use the correct tool for the wheel hardware and tighten the fasteners gradually in a crossing pattern. The goal is even seating—not brute force. If threadlocker is appropriate for the wheel manufacturer’s metal-to-metal hardware, use only a small amount and keep it away from plastic, tire rubber and painted surfaces.
