A narrow, compact all-terrain tire built around scale proportions instead of exaggerated crawler size. The RC4WD Dirt Grabber 1.9" measures 98 mm tall and only 33 mm wide, uses the Advanced X3 Soft compound, and features a dense all-terrain tread suited visually to expedition trucks, classic pickups, military builds, and everyday trail rigs. Each package contains two tires and two foam inserts; a four-wheel truck requires two packages.

RC4WD describes the Dirt Grabber as intended for everyday driving plus light-to-moderate off-road conditions, with an emphasis on longevity, even wear, and durability. Actual service life depends on surface, vehicle weight, alignment, wheel setup, temperature, and driving style.
RC4WD also says the outer diameter is 5.2 mm smaller than its referenced “original tires,” but the current page does not identify that baseline. Use the verified 98 mm diameter—not the comparison—for clearance calculations.
WHAT 98 × 33 MM MEANS FOR YOUR BUILD
Engineering interpretation: the compact diameter helps control fender interference, while the narrow casing preserves a scale track appearance and may improve clearance around links and steering components. Compared with a taller tire, it provides less axle-height increase and changes the effective gearing by a smaller amount. Final behavior depends on wheel offset, axle width, body design, suspension travel, foam support, and terrain.
VERIFIED WHEEL AND HUB EXAMPLE
RC4WD shows Z-T0005 installed with its 5 Lug Wagon 1.9" Steel Stamped Beadlock Wheels in black, Z-W0129, and the 1.9 5 Lug Steel Wheel Hex Hub with Brake Rotor, Z-S0532. Both parts are sold separately.
OFFICIAL DEFENDER D90 APPLICATION
The same tire, wheel, and hub combination is shown on the RC4WD Gelande II RTR with 2015 Land Rover Defender D90 grey body, Z-RTR0065. This is an official application example; the vehicle, wheels, hubs, and accessories are not included.
VEHICLE AND WHEEL COMPATIBILITY
RC4WD specifically lists the Gmade Sawback. The manufacturer also states that the tire is designed for RC4WD wheels and other 1.9" wheels, while warning that cross-brand results cannot be guaranteed because bead and wheel construction vary.
Practical fitment rule: verify the exact wheel SKU, bead profile, channel width, internal beadlock-ring geometry, foam placement, and even bead seating. A 1.9" label is necessary, but it is not the whole story.

INSTALLATION CHECKLIST
- Confirm the wheel is a compatible 1.9" design.
- Center each included foam inside the tire without folds or twists.
- Seat both tire beads evenly in the wheel channel or beadlock system.
- Start all beadlock hardware by hand and tighten gradually in a cross pattern.
- Inspect both beads around the full 360 degrees before final tightening.
- Test body, steering, link, shock, and inner-fender clearance through full suspension travel.
GASHEAD RC BUILD NOTE
Choose the Dirt Grabber when the goal is a believable all-terrain tire rather than an oversized competition look. Its 98 mm height and 33 mm width make it especially appropriate for Defender, classic pickup, military, and expedition builds where proportions matter. Order two packages for a normal four-wheel truck.
