TRUE DUALLY PROPORTIONS FOR A PURPOSE-BUILT 1.9-INCH TRUCK. The RC4WD Double Trouble “3” Z-W0194 is a complete front-and-rear wheel package for custom dually builds: two narrow front wheels plus two substantially wider rear dually assemblies. CNC-machined billet aluminum, standard 12 mm hex mounting and scale hex-head hardware give the set the structure and visual depth required for a heavy-duty trail, tow, service or show-truck project.

WHAT MAKES THIS SET DIFFERENT
- Purpose-built staggered package: 2 front wheels and 2 rear dually assemblies.
- CNC-machined billet-aluminum construction front and rear.
- Standard 12 mm hex mounting.
- Scale hex-head hardware for an authentic heavy-truck appearance.
- Wheel hubs cover the axle-stub nuts and create an 8-lug visual treatment.
- 1.9-inch tire class with manufacturer-confirmed RC4WD tire combinations.
- Front and rear widths, weights and offsets are different—this is not a set of four identical wheels.

FRONT VS. REAR — MANUFACTURER-PUBLISHED SPECIFICATIONS
| Specification | Front wheel | Rear dually assembly |
|---|---|---|
| Quantity in set | 2 | 2 |
| Wheel size | 1.9 in | 1.9 in |
| Outer diameter | 49 mm / 1.9 in | 49 mm / 1.9 in |
| Width | 26.3 mm / 1.0 in | 56.8 mm / 2.24 in |
| Center-hole diameter | 4.2 mm / 0.17 in | 4.2 mm / 0.17 in |
| Published offset | 14 mm / 0.55 in positive | 15 mm / 0.59 in positive |
| Weight per assembly | 64 g / 2.26 oz | 100 g / 3.53 oz |
| Hex interface | Standard 12 mm | Standard 12 mm |
| Construction | CNC-machined billet aluminum | CNC-machined billet aluminum |
Derived comparison: the rear assembly is 30.5 mm wider than the front wheel and approximately 2.16 times its width. Calculated wheel-set mass is approximately 328 g / 11.6 oz before tires, based on two 64 g fronts plus two 100 g rear assemblies. These are calculations from RC4WD’s published figures, not separate manufacturer specifications.

FITMENT AND CLEARANCE
The standard 12 mm hex makes the mounting interface familiar, but it does not make the set universal. The 56.8 mm rear width and the different front/rear positive offsets require careful measurement. Confirm axle length, wheel-nut thread engagement, hub depth, suspension and shock clearance, steering-link clearance at the front, rear inner-tire clearance, body/fender coverage and full suspension travel before final installation.
RC4WD publishes the offset values above. Because offset conventions and reference planes can be described differently between manufacturers, compare the complete physical dimensions to the wheels presently on the vehicle rather than relying on the words “positive offset” alone.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
- 2 × front aluminum 1.9-inch wheels.
- 2 × rear aluminum 1.9-inch dually wheel assemblies.
- 1 × RC4WD miniature scale hex-bolt tool for M2.5 and M3 scale bolts, Z-S0635.
The wheel hubs that cover the axle-stub nuts and create the 8-lug appearance are part of the manufacturer-described wheel package. No tires, foams, vehicle or optional precision driver set are included.

TOOLS AND REPLACEMENT HARDWARE
- Included tool: Z-S0635 miniature scale hex-bolt tool for M2.5 and M3 scale bolts.
- Optional tool: Z-F0030 RC4WD four-piece precision metric hex/nut driver set, sold separately.
- Front-wheel replacement hardware: 16 × M2.5 × 6 mm silver miniature scale hex bolts, Z-S0663.
- Rear-wheel replacement hardware: 8 × M2 × 8 mm black flat-head cap screws plus 16 × M2.5 × 6 mm silver miniature scale hex bolts, Z-S0663.
INSTALLATION CHECKLIST
- Identify the two narrow front wheels and two wide rear dually assemblies before mounting tires.
- Measure rear axle, suspension and body clearance against the published 56.8 mm rear width.
- Confirm standard 12 mm hex engagement and sufficient axle-thread engagement at all four positions.
- Test-fit the selected tire bead. Because RC4WD classifies these as non-beadlock wheels, do not assume the scale bolts retain the tire; follow the applicable tire-retention instructions for the exact wheel/tire combination.
- Install hub covers only after confirming the wheel nuts are correctly seated and the covers do not bottom against the axle hardware.
- RC4WD does not publish wheel-nut or scale-hardware torque values on the current page. Tighten with an appropriate hand tool and avoid damaging miniature fasteners.
- Rotate every assembly by hand, steer lock-to-lock and cycle the suspension before powered operation.
- Recheck wheel nuts and hardware after the first drive.
GASHEAD RC BUILD NOTE
This set is for a genuine dually layout, not four interchangeable 1.9 wheels. The rear assemblies are more than twice the published width of the fronts, so axle and body clearance decide the build. Measure first, then enjoy the 8-lug visual payoff—because “close enough” is rarely close once two rear tires are sharing the same fender.
Specifications, package contents and tire compatibility verified against the current official RC4WD Z-W0194 product page. Derived figures and engineering interpretation are identified separately. Manufacturer specifications may change.
